quick update...
Just thought I'd do a quick update about what Caitlyn's been up to lately... before I get to bed.

She's starting to talk a lot more, but still not as much as we'd all like. She still tends to grunt and whine and point and then yell when she doesn't get what she wants, which is very frustrating for everyone.

It's taken quite a bit for her to learn more body parts, but she now can point to (hers and yours) eyes, ears, nose, teeth (for some reason it always became teeth and not "mouth"), toes, belly and head. Sometimes she randomly remembers others, but not consistently.

She's also been practicing her animal noises and knows the sounds for dog, cat, horse, bunny and sometimes cow, if she's feeling generous ;).

Today I bought her a plastic chair that she's become very attached to. She wanted me to take it out of the stroller for her all the way home, as it was hanging out the back and hitting me in the legs. And after we got home she carried it around for the rest of the afternoon, and had to sit on it to eat her dinner.

She now knows how to turn the dvd player (well... ps2) on and change the tv to the dvd channel and then press buttons on the playstation to make a dvd play. That could keep her occupied for hours some days. Other days she gets mad at it after a couple of minutes and stomps off to find something else to get into.

Well Kev wants to go to bed, so I better get moving.
